The Spark Optometry SMS Privacy Policy

 

We collect names, emails, and phone numbers through forms and verbally from patients making appointments. The emails and phone numbers are used for communication regarding appointments, reminders, and after the appointment if communication is needed with the doctor. We send messages answering customer questions and conversational messaging about confirming appointments and communication with doctors.  We send personalized messages about the user's specific requests and/or appointments, account notifications, and for customer care.​​ We keep the information secure in our online database and we do not share with any 3rd parties. To opt out of text messaging, we offer the option for patients to respond STOP, or verbally let us know they would like to opt out. We do not send automated SMS messages, only personalized messages regarding the user’s specific requests and/or appointments.

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
